FRONT HUB COVERS FOR CAN-AM RYKER sold as a set of 2

This is our can-am ryker front hub covers.

FITS ALL MODELS OF CAN-AM RYKER 19, 20, 21, 22 , 23 - 600, 900, RALLY, SPORT

IF YOUR RYKER HAS FACTORY BLACK HUB COVERS INSTALLED ON IT YOU WILL NEED TO UN-INSTALL THEM IN ORDER TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.

In the box you will get the two hub covers one for the left side one for the right side, you will also get four stainless steel bolts that are a 3 millimeter Allen head. You will also get 4 neoprene washers. For this install you will need a 3 millimeter Allen wrench it's about a 15 minute install.

NEW OPTIONS - WE JUST ADDED 3 NEW CHOICES FOR OUR FRONT HUB COVERS. THESE CAN NOW MATCH OUR NEW INTAKE COVERS. THE HOLE CUTOUT IN THE CENTER IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A NICKEL. WE WILL ADD SOME PHOTOS OF THE NEW DESIGNS VERY SOON.

These will get installed over the top of the inside front wheel hubs. This will cover up the hub itself, the bearing and the axle. This will keep rocks and road debris and all of that other grit and grime off of your bearings and essentially help prevent early maintenance later on. If you go take a look at the front end of your bike at the inside of the front wheels from the back there's probably already rust and a lot of grime. My suggestion would be to clean the area before you do your install. 

We have already seen the other hub covers that are available on the market. We have had a set on our bike before. Eventually they end up cracking or becoming brittle and if you hit a bump or a pothole they can end up falling off of your bike. The majority of what's out there on the market right now just snaps on into place. So we took the idea and brought it into 3D CAD software from scratch from the ground up and redid the entire thing. These fit perfectly into place. They use a stainless steel bolt and a neoprene washer on each side that goes through the metal spindle and threads into the plastic. They don't vibrate, they don't bounce around, they're not snapped on so they're not just going to fall off. They are 3D printed out of the highest quality PLA that we can get our hands on. They have a drain hole at the bottom so if any water or moisture does get behind them or in your axle it has this place to go instead of just sitting there causing more rust on your bearings.

This is our own design built from scratch in 3D CAD software it is not downloaded off of Thingiverse like all the rest of them on the market. We have over 50 hours in development time invested into this product. It takes a lot of trial and error to make a product from scratch and have it be successful. Our new hub covers are finally ready for everyone else to enjoy them as we have had them on our bike for a little while now.
